We understand the convenience of online pharmaceutical companies; however, due to the high volume of requests we receive daily, we will be making some changes to how we process requests through outside online pharmacies.
If you would like the convenience of ordering online and getting your pet's medications delivered directly to you, we have an online pharmacy which works directly with the manufacturers of the medications.
They offer competitive pricing with the peace of mind that products are coming from a reputable source and are backed by the manufacturer.

We are always happy to fill your prescriptions right here at Wikiup Veterinary Hospital and always appreciate our community "shopping local".
Starting March 9th, 2022, we will no longer approve prescription requests from outside pharmacies by phone or by fax. This doesn't mean you cannot get your pet's medication from an outside pharmacy. You will simply need to pick up a written prescription from us and then be responsible for ensuring delivery of the written prescription to the pharmacy of your choosing by mail or in person.
So why the change in policy?
The sheer volume of requests, the current industry staffing shortage and the time required to deal with the many prescription authorizations from outside pharmacies is taking away from the time we feel we need to provide the best care for our patients and clients.

We are doing our very best to accommodate all our client and patient needs and requests. We ask for your patience during this time as the entire veterinary industry is experiencing a major surge in demand and a shortage in staffing.
In order to be respectful of the medical needs of other patients, please be courteous and call our office promptly (24 hours in advance) if you are unable to show up for an appointment.
Appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will allow another patient access to timely veterinary care.
